This white tea is from India and the only one from this region as most quality white teas come from China. The plucking and processing is labor intensive and manually only. The bud is plucked very early in the morning before the strokes of the sun are at the highest peak so that the bud remain suculent. After plucking, the buds are withered for a few hours and gently hand rolled and dried in the oven. This tea is a perfect drink for your afternoon break.
