Order Process

New customer or first time buyer

  1. Choose “add to cart” button to place your item in the shopping cart
  2. Update or change the quantity using the “update” or “remove” button
  3. When you are the first time buyer please always choose the check out option “new customer check out” or when you are a repeating customer but don’t remember your e-mail address that you have registered with us before, please also choose the option “new customer check out”
  4. Fill out the page general information with all details in blank space; choose the payment option you want to be processed. Fill out the billing address that matches the credit card you are going to use. At the section shipping address you don’t need to fill it out if the shipping address and billing address is the same
  5. Click on continue button on the bottom of the page
  6. Choose the shipping option you want us to ship to you
  7. Fill out your credit card information if you choose for the option Credit Card. If for Pay Pal and Credit card Authorize.net you will be asked to fill out later.
  8. When done with fill out your credit card information, click submit order
  9. You are now in the page verify your order. Please verify it and if correct click on submit order. If it is not correct just cancel the order and you can start the order process again from step 1-9
  10. You get the confirmation on the screen and through your e-mail address that your order has been received
  11. After receiving your order and our credit card processor has successfully settled the payment we will pack it and ship to you accordingly to your choice of shipping method and address.
  12. Please come back and order again as “regular customer”

 

Regular customer check out

  1. Choose “add to cart” button to place your item in the shopping cart
  2. Update or change the quantity using the “update” or “remove” button
  3. Log in your e-mail address you have registered with us before with the matching password. In case you can’t remember your e-mail address please choose the button “new customer check out”. In case you forgot your password please click on the link “forgot your password”. The server of Tea Time will send your password that matches to the e-mail address you have registered with us before
  4. Use the password to proceed to check out
  5. You are now in the page general information. Please review it carefully and change or update it if needed
  6. Click on the continue button and fill out the credit card information you need us to process with
  7. Verify your order
  8. Confirm the transaction by click on submit button.
